Week 6 (October 6 - 9) REVISED!

We are finally ready to start reading Oedipus the King! Try to use this long weekend to catch up on any notebook assignments you have not completed.

Assignments for this week:

Monday/Tuesday (Oct. 6 and 7):
1. College Essay Revision due.
2. Editing work: Fat Cutting Exercises and Checklist.
3. Notes on Greek Tragedy (pages 38 and 39 in Notebook).
4. Process (also on pages 38 and 39 in Notebook): Write 10 quiz questions (level 1 and/or 2) in right margin of handouts...due next class period.
5. Work Time for: Greek Terms handout, Greek Tragedy Quiz Qs Process (see #4 above), updating Notebook, etc.

HW:
1. College Essay "Final" Draft...due next Mon/Tue (10/13 and 10/14)
2. Greek Tragedy Quiz Qs Process...due next class period.
3. Finish Greek Terms handout.

Wednesday/Thursday (Oct. 8 and 9):
1. Continue Fat Cutting Exercises.
2. Oedipus Vocabulary (pages 40, 41, 42, 43 in Notebook).
3. Start reading Oedipus the King.

HW:
1. College Essay "Final" Draft...due next Monday/Tuesday.
2. Start Oedipus Vocabulary: Do #1-10...Quiz next Friday.
